The Contact Lens Centers is one of the leading contact lens practices serving Dallas and Carrollton. Our optical stocks a huge variety of contact for virtually every patient, from 8 to 108! We take care of you by offering a wide selection of contact lenses combined with knowledgeable optometrists who can find the best fit for your needs. From simple to highly advanced fits, we are your doctors. We carry disposable soft contacts, including bifocal/multifocal, toric and colored contact lenses. We also regularly fit patients with hard, gas permeable and hybrid lenses. We also fit custom contact lenses called Scleral Lenses and Ortho K lenses for patients with corneal irregularities from Keratoconus, Pellucid Marginal Degeneration, post eye surgery complications, and severe Astigmatism. Our Optometrists also fit ortho k lenses for myopia control and as an alternative to LASIK eye surgery.
We welcome all patients, new and current, to discuss the possibility of contact lens wear with your doctor. We will determine the best fitting lens based on your lifestyle needs, the shape and health of your eye. In most cases, you’ll have the opportunity to try lenses on the same day as your exam.

Our doctors and staff take the time to teach all our patients proper contact lens care and also possible consequences if proper care is not taken. We will patiently guide new contact lens wearers through successful insertion and removal techniques until each patient can confidently handle their lenses.
We follow up the initial fitting and then make any necessary changes in fit or materials to get you the best possible fit. Then we continue with long-term follow-up to monitor the condition of the lenses and to ensure that proper hygiene is being maintained. Learn more about getting an Eye Exam for Contact Lenses.
- If you need correction for presbyopia but dislike the idea of bifocal eyeglasses, you have many contact lens options.
- These rigid lenses aren’t as popular or well-known as soft lenses, but they offer the advantages of durability, crisp vision and high oxygen permeability.
- Challenges such as astigmatism, presbyopia, keratoconus and dry eyes needn’t be a barrier to contact lens wear, but they do require more time and patience.
- “I can’t wear soft contacts; I have astigmatism.” This once-true statement is now simply a myth.
- Orthokeratology, or "ortho-k," is the process of reshaping the eye with specially-designed rigid gas permeable contact lenses. The goal of ortho-k is to flatten the front surface of the eye and thereby correct mild to moderate amounts of nearsightedness and astigmatism.
- If you are suffering from Keratoconus, irregular corneas, post eye surgery discomfort and vision problems, severe dry eyes and other conditions that cause discomfort and lower quality vision, you should consider the benefits of Scleral Contact Lenses. Considered the most comfortable and best vision custom contact lens available today, now fitting sclerals at our Dallas eyecare clinic and Carrolton eye care clinic.
